Currently, the CMAS laboratory has multiple openings for M. Tech (thesis only) and Ph. D. students.

Skills Required: Interested students should possess the following skills

• Solid background in mathematics with a particular focus on the topics of probability and statistics, optimization, numerical modeling algorithms

• Familiarity with CAD tools for circuit and device simulation such as Cadence, SPICE, Lumerical, TCAD

• Good coding skills in MATLAB and Python/C++

• Motivation to do truly outstanding research with the aim of publishing prolifically in high-impact journals and conferences
